1. Service Description

Mastermind Esports provides digital top-up services for PUBG UC and Mobile Legends Diamonds to Malaysian customers. All transactions are processed through secure payment gateways.

2. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 5-15 minutes after payment confirmation
During peak hours, processing may take up to 30 minutes
We reserve the right to verify large orders for security purposes
Customers must provide accurate Player ID information

3. Payment Terms

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM)
Payment must be completed before order processing
We accept DuitNow QR, Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and FPX
Promotional prices are subject to availability and time limits

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are only available if we fail to deliver within 24 hours
No refunds for incorrect Player ID provided by customer
Refund requests must be made within 48 hours of purchase
Processing fees may apply for refunds

5. Customer Responsibilities

Provide accurate and valid Player ID information
Ensure game account is accessible during delivery
Contact support immediately if issues arise
Do not share account passwords or login details

6. Privacy and Security

We only collect necessary information for order processing
Player IDs and contact information are kept confidential
We never ask for game passwords or login credentials
Payment information is processed through secure gateways

7. Limitation of Liability

Mastermind Esports is not responsible for:

Game server downtime or maintenance
Account suspensions due to game policy violations
Third-party payment gateway issues
Delays caused by incorrect customer information
